Majors & Minors
Explore your passions or focus on the expertise you need to land your dream job. Specialization modules give you the freedom to customize your Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a career-relevant major or minor.
Get the expertise for the job you want
Led by your student development coach and professors who are experts in their field, you’ll choose the specialization, or major, that will give you the experience and skillset needed to excel in your target career.
Challenge-based approach
Following the same innovative design as our core modules, specialization modules are seamlessly designed around a challenge that will cement your learning and root it in the real world of business. Pitch your startup idea, participate in a hackathon or simulation, or consult for a real-life company.
Coaching you to success
Your development coach will continue to work with you, offering their expert guidance throughout your specialization modules as you journey closer to your career. They'll help you learn how to leverage your strengths, deepen your expertise, and position yourself for success in a competitive global job market.
In-demand professional skills
Our data analysis with Burning Glass Technologies revealed the key professional skills employers need from business graduates right now. Our modules are designed to cover these most relevant skills for each specialization—from project management to coding—so you’ll be ready to make an impact in your role straight after graduation.
Specialization module options
Complete four modules (30 credits) in a discipline to graduate with a major, or complete two (15 credits) for a minor.
All specializations are available as minors with management, business analytics, entrepreneurship, finance, and marketing available as majors.
Rather than just focusing on theory we might never use, Hult includes applied frameworks and real-life business issues, giving us the edge in firsthand experience.
