Business Challenges
Challenge-based learning is at the heart of the program. During each module, you'll participate in hands-on leadership learning and faculty-led business challenges live online. A minimum of three Sports MBA challenges will be co-developed and delivered with Barça Innovation Hub.
Barça Immersive Experience
The Barça Immersive Experience is an optional, week-long onsite immersion designed to complement your online Sports MBA with real-world exposure to a leading sports franchise’s operations, strategy, and culture.
You’ll gain firsthand insights through keynote lectures from top executives, take behind-the-scenes tours of world-class facilities, and learn through hands-on workshops with industry experts. Dive deep into trending topics shaping the future of sports, expand your professional network, and experience how theory transforms into practice in the fast-paced world of sports business.

Your program at a glance
You'll study five core modules, each with an integrated sports business challenge. You’ll then take summer electives to broaden your knowledge, with the option of attending our Barça Immersive Experience on-site with Barça Innovation Hub.
You can choose to complete your entire degree live online, through a mix of live online and self-paced courses, or upgrade and study two elective courses on campus.

What it costs & how to apply
Your education is undoubtedly one of the most important investments you will ever make. Throughout the application process, we will work closely with you to help you understand the options available to you to finance your degree, including scholarship opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Three or more years’ work experience
- Proficiency in English (i.e. TOEFL/IELTS)
