Metrics & Analytics

Marketing analytics enables you to gain a competitive edge and translate data into actionable decisions. Familiarize yourself with data sources and data types, so that you can understand statistical methodologies and draw robust conclusions from the data. Focus on customer retention, acquisition, loyalty, marketing mix optimization, and brand measurement.

Analytics Track Course 2

Customer Acquisition Through Digital Marketing

Develop skills for multi-channel customer acquisition using a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools. You'll learn to conduct an audit and competitive analysis, and develop a strategic digital marketing plan to meet business goals using actionable tactics. This course is particularly relevant if you have career interests in digital marketing and advertising, web analytics, ecommerce, startups, or customer acquisition.

Analytics Track Course 3

Neuromarketing

This course will introduce candidates to the fields of consumer neuroscience and neuromarketing.

This course addresses two primary questions:
1. How can our current understanding of the brain and human psychology be applied to general marketing goals?
2. How can specific marketing questions be addressed through collecting and analyzing neuroscience data?

Along the way, the course will outline and develop the basic concepts of the human brain, basic brain mechanisms, the primary elements governing the consumer mind, how it is studied (e.g. neuroimaging and behavioral techniques), and how these insights can be applied in commercial and societal situations.

Introduction to Machine Learning & AI

As Machine Learning and AI drive transformative advancements across industries, understanding the principles of ML and AI is crucial. Professionals need to harness data-driven insights, automate processes, and create intelligent systems. Using tools available in Python, R, and AI, this course provides a broad introduction to machine learning, data mining, and statistical pattern recognition. You'll gain experience with applying theory to key predictive and descriptive analytics problems in business intelligence.

Business Intelligence

Data has become an important asset to organizations and, when used strategically, can become a competitive advantage. This course provides an overview of business intelligence including data warehousing, data mining, and the fundamental principles of data science. You'll gain hands-on experience with data analytics techniques to produce business intelligence for better decision-making.
