We will also conduct an AI-powered demo: AI-Powered Customer Segmentation–We’ll use a free AI tool to analyze target audiences in real time.

Vanessa Hinton

Vanessa Hinton is a global marketing and brand strategist with over 20 years of leadership experience in luxury, hospitality, retail, and consumer industries. She joined Hult International Business School as an Adjunct Faculty member in 2024, bringing expertise in brand strategy, advanced marketing, and customer experience innovation.

Vanessa is the Group Executive Director of Marketing at Ithra Dubai, with previous roles at Dubai Holding and Nakheel, where she led brand growth and digital innovation in the UAE’s real estate and hospitality sectors. She has also contributed to global firms like Euro RSCG Worldwide and Landor, shaping brand narratives for Fortune 500 companies.

An industry leader, Vanessa frequently speaks at global marketing forums and has received awards for brand innovation and digital strategy from 2011–2024. She is an active member of The Marketing Society, the Australian Business Council Dubai, and the Middle East Council of Shopping Centres.

She holds a BA in Communications from the University of Technology Sydney and an MBA from London Business School.
