Marta Walus Shahin
Marta is a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for creativity and a deep respect for the impact marketing has on products. With over 12 years of experience in the FMCG sector, including roles as Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager, and Brand Director at P&G (Shave Care category), Marta has an in-depth understanding of markets and consumer behaviors across Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. Currently serving as Head of Marketing at STADA, a multinational pharmaceutical company, Marta is known for leading and motivating teams through a collaborative management style and successfully designing business processes focused on growth and profitability. Marta holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in International Relations from Adam Mickiewicz University, Poland, and an MBA from Hult International Business School, Dubai.
