Jose Escobar, a student from the Hult International Business School, was a member of one of the top two winning teams at the second annual Babson Marketing Case Competition hosted recently at Babson College in Wellesley, MA. Fifty MBA students from 13 elite business schools across the country took part in this student-run event.

“We are exceedingly proud of Jose’s performance, and the accomplishments of our very talented student body as a whole,” said Hult President Dr. Stephen Hodges. “Their excellent showing at MBA case competitions is a good indicator of how they will fare when they graduate from Hult and enter the business world.”

Jose was on a team with MBA students from Babson College, Duke University, and Boston University. Competition participants, who also hailed from top business schools such as MIT and Yale University, were asked to develop innovative solutions to a business problem faced by Procter & Gamble FutureWorks. Later, they were given the chance to network and provide recommendations directly to P&G managers. Students tested their analytical, leadership, and teamwork skills, while thinking innovatively and taking calculated risks.
