What’s the difference between our Global Online MBA and our Hybrid EMBA? There are unique benefits to each program, but both are fully optimized and part-time. Both MBAs enable a mix of on-campus and online learning if that’s what you want. You can also maximize your time at home with extensive online classes. Let’s dive into the specifics to make sure you pick the one that’s right for you.

The general stuff

GOMBA: This is the ultimate in flexibility. You can do your entire degree online if you wish with a mixture of live online classes and self-paced study. The MBA is 24 months long and you can start in either January, April, July, or October. You’ll be learning from home, but you can take two electives on any of our global campuses.

HEMBA: The best of both worlds. On-campus tuition is mixed with immersive online study for those who prefer a more traditional MBA. The degree is 24 months, and you can make a start in May and October. Your home campus can either be London, San Francisco, or Dubai.

The experience

GOMBA: Half your classes will be live online. Which means immersive and interactive sessions over an intensive three-day weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) available in three different time zones. On top of that you’ll be required to participate in Leadership & Business Challenges over a four-day weekend. These will be available in two different time zones. All other study is self-paced via the Coursera platform meaning you can work through it on your own schedule.

HEMBA: Every other month you’ll be on your chosen home campus (London, Dubai or San Francisco) for a four-day weekend (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) for classes face-to-face. There are also online classes every other month over a three-day weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). These will be available in two different time zones.
