About Dr. Keith Merron
Dr. Merron has taught Leadership and Organizational Change at Hult’s San Francisco campus since 2010. He teaches Team Skills, Leadership, Management Communications, and Change Management. In addition, he is an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco OD program. As an organization effectiveness and executive development consultant, he has more than 30 years of experience assisting executives and managers in business, government, and education. In partnership with his clients, he has successfully conducted over twenty-five large-system strategic, cultural, and technical change efforts resulting in a measurable increase in organizational productivity, employee performance, and employee satisfaction. He has conducted research on the relationships between human development, managerial effectiveness, and high performance, and has published numerous professional journal articles. His research help lay the foundation for Integral Theory, a major theoretical framework for leadership and organizational behavior. In addition, he played a major role in helping design the MBA curriculum at Hult, shaping its direction toward people skills.
