IT Facilities
Hult boasts state-of-the-art Information and Communication Technology facilities.
Our students have convenient access to an extensive range of on-line and electronic
learning resources.
Outlined below are some of the additional facilities available to students, faculty
and staff:
A high speed Internet lease line connection to the university. Most of the classrooms
are fully equipped with Audio Visual equipment e.g. Laptops directly connected to
projectors, including DVDs and Audio facilities for presentations.
The fiber cabling of the internal network system is an impetus to the stabilization
of the whole network system. The Internal network speed is 100Mbs.
Wireless access system that enables students with laptops to access the network
anywhere in the building as well as the Halls of Residence. Students also have wireless
access in their halls of residence. This has a technological advantage in that students
can at all times access the university's electronic databases to carry out their
research both on and off campus. Students also have the option of using the brand
new high-spec PCs provided in the halls of residence.
University of London and University College London shared resources
Hult students can use the excellent facilities at the neighboring University of London with access privileges to:
Senate House Library: The largest academic library in London is a two-minute walk from campus, The University of London’s Senate House Library is eight stories high and houses over four million titles. Hult students enjoy full borrowing access as well as remote access to electronic resources..
University of London’s health and fitness club: Students can use the comprehensive
fitness facilities at Energy Base Health & Fitness located a few minutes’ walk away
at the University of London. This includes a fully equipped gym, an Olympic sized
swimming pool, and full schedule of fitness classes.
Facilities at University College London (UCL): Hult students can enjoy University of London’s UCL bars, cafes and shops, and participate in any number of the 140 clubs and societies of UCL. There are many athletic teams and sports to join—from Taekwondo to soccer to tennis.
Additional library privileges: Besides the Senate House Library, Hult students may use the London School of Economics’ library. In addition, Hult students have access to other University of London specialist libraries and resources nearby.
