Year 1 is about building a strong strategic foundation. You’ll dive into core areas—leadership, marketing strategy, accounting, data-driven insights, and financial management.

Core courses are delivered live online either Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Sunday and are available in 3 different time zones.

Business challenges

Put your newly acquired expertise and leadership skills into practice through practical and relevant business challenges integrated into your core courses.

Working in teams of diverse, experienced professionals, you'll draw on the content and themes of your courses to complete the challenge, which could involving simulations, executive pitch presentations, hackathons, real client challenges, or designing new business models.

Meet Helen

Executive Director - Finance Strategic Development Fund

Helen Capozzi moved from Scotland to Abu Dhabi with her husband and two kids, juggling family life while building out the entire finance function at the Strategic Development Fund (SDF). Plus, she managed to fit in Hult's Global Online MBA.

With mornings that start at 5am, weekends dedicated to coursework, and study sessions squeezed in everywhere from the mall to Hult's Dubai campus, Helen mastered the art of making it all work. And she's seen the benefits of her dedication from day one.
